Returns
We assemble your order with great care and hope you will enjoy your purchase a lot.
In case you would like to return or exchange your item, please contact us within 3 days after receiving your order and return the item(s) within 7 days after receiving them. To be refunded, all items must be in unused condition. Garments must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Refunds will be issued only after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. Shipping costs for the return are at your own expense. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellations
All efforts to fulfill every order will be made, but cancellations may be necessary for reasons beyond our control. Matthieu M reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason returning the customer the full refund.

Shipping Cost or Pick up
We offer a flat domestic shipping rate within the US.
Please make sure the shipping address is correct and complete.
Orders that are not claimed or sent to an incorrect address and therefore returned to us, will be refunded for the items only.
A free pick up option is also made possible in New York City 24/7. Usually ready in 24 hours.

Tracking and Time
You will be notified by e-mail once the shipping label is created.
Delivery shipping, by Sendle in the US, allow 3-5 business days for delivery once you received our shipping confirmation.
Delivery to the rest of the world: allow 10-21 business days for delivery once you received our shipping confirmation.
We are not responsible for delays during shipment and customs declaration.
If an order is extremely delayed or seems to have gotten lost, let us know. We are allowed to file a claim if your order did not arrive (at the shipping location) after 30 days.

Damages
In the unlikely event that you accepted a package that did not seem damaged on the outside and the product inside is damaged, do not handle the package any further. Please send an email to info@MatthieuM.com with images of the outside (including a photo of the shipping label) and inside of the package (including the inside packaging) and the damaged items within 3 days after receipt. Otherwise, we cannot file a claim, unfortunately.

Customs
All customs and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient (and/or purchaser of the items).
